Well it was that time, the roof of my garage was leaking and rotten on the backside of the roof.
So my nephew helped me, he started to tear out my oldroof and i asisted him with that.
Within notime had the old roof off my garage. And started with the new underlayment for the new roof.
After that he insulated the roof so the hot summers and the colder winters have less effect on the temps in the garage.
And the started to waterproof the roof. We needed a place to drain the water because the roof of the neighbour drains over my roof.
And a extra pipe through the roof for the DIY solarpanels. Which i added later back onto the roof. At that time my nephew also made the zinc corners on the roof.
